Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is forwarded to us by email and is not stored in any database.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. No information is transmitted to business partners, advertisers, or analytics services.

Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to process your request, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.

A note on registration payments
The 50 dollar registration deposit is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own secure payment page and are never seen, transmitted, or stored by HBB Dabke. We receive only a confirmation that the deposit was paid.
