How HBB Dabke handles the personal information you send us, in line with Quebec's Law 25.

1.Information Collected
On this website, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and message. The registration portal collects the additional information described below.
2.Use of Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is forwarded to us by email and is not stored in any database.
3.Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. No information is transmitted to business partners, advertisers, or analytics services.
4.Data Retention
Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to process your request, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
5.Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
6.Your Rights
Under Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at Info@habibidabke.com.
7.Registration Account
When you register for a session, you create an account on our registration portal with your first name, last name, email address, phone number and a password. Your password is stored only in hashed form. If you register a child, we also collect the child's name and date of birth. For a young person aged 16 or over, who joins the adult group, we also collect their own email address and phone number so they get their own member record and check-in QR code. This information is kept in our registration database so you can see your registrations, and it is used to place students in the right group and level.
8.Online Payment
Session fees are paid by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and never reach our servers; we only keep the transaction reference, the amount and its status. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.
9.Member Management
Once a registration is paid, the participant's name, contact details, package and level are recorded in the customer relationship system we use to manage members, send the class check-in QR code and follow attendance. This information is not sold and is not used for advertising.
10.Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
A note on registration payments
The session price is paid online, by card, when you register on our portal. The receipt is issued by Stripe and sent to your email address. Refunds follow the registration agreement.
